The David William Hotel offers its clientele a full service Executive Conference Facility with several individual rooms for meetings and catered events, accommodating up to 80 persons. Private dining areas are also available in the hotel's restaurant for catered affairs as well as for small meetings.
The hotel's refined ambiance and centralized location coupled with conveniently appointed meeting rooms featuring up-to-date services, make the David William a popular choice for catered affairs and small meeting groups. Full banquet and audio-visual services are available for all groups.

Audio / Visual Services / Rental Procedures
All equipment will be installed and a service fee of 20% will be charged on all equipment rentals. Installations that require specialized equipment and/or one hour or more revert to hourly rates. Charges for audio visual services will be billed directly to the client and in accordance with Southern Audio Visual's credit terms. Minimum rental period is one (1) day midnight to midnight.

Amphitheaters require a minimum of one full time Audio/Video/Data/Projection Technician on duty. All operators require a 5 hour block minimum. Over 10 hours is 1½ times the rate in effect.
